Flexible Payment Options The base price for a full session is $120 and clients are able to pay-as-they-go. Understanding that financial situations vary, we offer flexible payment options. Save by paying ahead for multiple-session packages. A limited number of sliding scale slots are also available.

Session Structure Sessions are designed with flexibility in mind. Full sessions are 55 minutes, and half sessions are 25 minutes, allowing both of us time to transition to other appointments. Start with weekly full sessions to build a strong foundation. After a few months, shorter sessions may better suit your needs.

Enhanced Coaching Support I'm always happy to answer quick questions by email or hear from you about successes between sessions! For more structured support, I provide Enhanced Coaching Support via the Voxer app, where you can easily send me voice messages and texts and I respond with tailored feedback and support daily on weekdays. This service is available with multi-session packages at a base rate of $60 per week, with discounts for pre-purchased sessions.
